On April 13, Web seminar about the result of the “Data Collection Survey and Situation Analysis on Industrial Human Resource Development in Vietnam” was held.

Nghiên cứu này được JICA Việt Nam lên kế hoạch thực hiện với mục đích “Hiểu rõ tình hình mới nhất dựa trên những thay đổi trong chính sách và nhu cầu phát triển nguồn nhân lực công nghiệp của Việt Nam, nhằm xác định định hướng hợp tác trong tương lai với Việt Nam về IHRD”, và chúng tôi (B & Company) đã thực hiện nghiên cứu theo yêu cầu của JICA Việt Nam.

Báo cáo nghiên cứu dựa trên nhiều cuộc phỏng vấn và khảo sát bằng bảng câu hỏi.

〇 Khảo sát phỏng vấn:
+ 23 cơ sở đào tạo (12 trường đại học + 11 cơ sở giáo dục nghề nghiệp)
+ 77 công ty (41 công ty Nhật Bản + 36 công ty khác)
+ 32 tổ chức (12 tổ chức chính phủ Việt Nam + 10 nhà tài trợ quốc tế + 10 tổ chức khác)

〇 Khảo sát bằng bảng câu hỏi:
+ 92 cơ sở đào tạo (43 trường đại học + 49 cơ sở giáo dục nghề nghiệp)
+ 1.000 công ty (390 công ty Nhật Bản + 610 công ty khác)
+ 31 tổ chức khác (Hiệp hội, Viện nghiên cứu, Trung tâm đào tạo tiếng Nhật)

More than 100 people, including representatives of organizations related to “industrial Human Resources Development in Vietnam” and those who are interested in this theme, participated this seminar.
