From 1 July 2025, Vietnam will undergo a major administrative reorganization, reducing 63 provinces and cities to 34. As part of this reform, Ho Chi Minh City will be merged with the former Ba Ria–Vung Tau and Binh Duong provinces, becoming a megacity of around 14 million people and about 24% of Vietnam’s GDP. The webinar will highlight the post-merger city profile, infrastructure development, latest trends in industrial parks, and the overall investment environment in Southern Vietnam.
