ベトナム政府は、2020年までにFDIを呼びかけるプロジェクトのリストを発行した。このリストは、主にインフラに焦点を当てた127のプロジェクトから構成されている。
この決定は2014年4月29日から発効します。
リストには以下が含まれます:

3.1 Agriculture (cropping and farming)
