The Insurance Business Law is to protect the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals involved in insurance; promote the insurance business; contribute to promote and maintain the sustainable development of the economy – society, stable people’s lives; enhance the effectiveness of state management for business insurance.
CONTENT
Article 1. Amending and supplementing a number of articles of Law on insurance business.
Article 2. This Law takes effect from July 01, 2011.
