B&Company is a company specializing in consulting and market research from Japan, established in 2001, with 15 years of operational experience in Vietnam and 2 offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

B&Company is currently working with a Japanese partner specializing in fresh air conditioning systems with humidity control and energy-saving technology. The company is now seeking to conduct a pilot installation of its air conditioning system in Vietnam to evaluate the feasibility and commercial potential of the equipment. As the project is funded by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, participation is completely free of charge.

B&Company welcomes companies interested in improving their production environment, controlling humidity, and temperature to join the program.

Target companies/factories

– Location: Northern Vietnam

– Sectors: (1) Food processing, (2) Agricultural products drying, (3) Electronics, (4) Hospitals/medical facilities

– Company size: Large-scale enterprises

– Facility requirement: Having a factory/ office area of approximately 100–200 m² for the pilot installation

Benefits of participation

– Participation in the pilot program is completely free of charge. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government will cover 100% of the costs related to equipment, transportation, and installation.

– Participants will have the opportunity to access a precise temperature and humidity control solution that can help optimize operations. In addition, the system can reduce electricity consumption by 27% to 42% compared with conventional air conditioning systems.

– Expected from October 2026 to March 2028

Pilot equipment

– Core technology: Uses proprietary liquid desiccant technology to precisely control humidity and temperature

– Compact size: (W1.3m x D0.8m x H1.8m), suitable for rooms with an area of approximately 100–200 m² and a ceiling height of around 2.5m

– Safe and hygienic: A special salt solution is capable of killing bacteria and inactivating viruses within 1–5 minutes of contact
