Compared to the 2003 SARS outbreak, Chinese economy\u2019s role is now much larger, thus global damage might be up to 160 billion USD according to the estimation from economics professor Warwick McKibbin of the Australian National University. Furthermore, right after China started to be able to restrain the epidemic, it again broke out at two other Asian economic pioneers &#8211; South Korea and Japan, then followed by countries in Europe and the US.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u5168\u7403\u5df2\u786e\u8ba4COVID-19\u75c5\u4f8b\u5206\u5e03\u56fe\uff08\u622a\u81f32020\u5e743\u670810\u65e5\u66f4\u65b0\uff09<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/b-company.jp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/2020-3-6-16-4-10-768x374.png\" data-no-auto-translation=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u6765\u6e90\uff1a\u7ea6\u7ff0\u65af\u00b7\u970d\u666e\u91d1\u65af\u5927\u5b66Johns Hopkins CSSE<\/em><\/p>\n<p>According to WHO, as of March 10, 2020, COVID-19\u2019s case-fatality rate is estimated at 3.9% while its contagiousness is 2.8%, lower than SARS (3.0) but higher than Ebola (1.9%), MERS (0.8%). However, as COVID-19 seems to transmit even before visible symptoms occur, it is rated as more deadly than even SARS. A quick study conducted by BEAN Survey &#8211; an online survey platform in Vietnam \u2013 in 3 days from 8<sup>th<\/sup> 2020\u5e742\u6708\u8d77\uff0c\u5728181\u540d\u53d7\u8bbf\u8d8a\u5357\u4eba\u4e2d\uff0c26%\u8ba4\u4e3aCOVID-19\u6bd4SARS\u66f4\u5371\u9669\uff0c\u53e6\u670961%\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5176\u5a01\u80c1\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0eSARS\u76f8\u540c\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u60b2\u89c2\u60c5\u7eea\u5bfc\u81f4\u5168\u7403\u80a1\u5e02\u8fc5\u901f\u4e0b\u8dcc\uff0c\u7f8e\u5143\u6c47\u7387\u5927\u5e45\u4e0a\u6da8\uff08\u8f83\u5e74\u521d\u4e0a\u6da84%\uff09\uff0c\u91d1\u4ef7\u521b\u4e0b\u8fc7\u53bb7\u5e74\u6765\u7684\u65b0\u9ad8\uff0c\u56fd\u9645\u6cb9\u4ef7\u5219\u5927\u5e45\u4e0b\u8dcc\uff0c\u6709\u65f6\u751a\u81f3\u8dcc\u81f3\u6bcf\u687650\u7f8e\u5143\u3002IMF\u9884\u6d4b\uff0c2020\u5e74\u5168\u7403\u7ecf\u6d4e\u589e\u957f\u7387\u5c06\u4f4e\u4e8e\u4e0a\u4e00\u5e74\u5ea6\uff082.9%\uff09\u3002\u5c31\u8d8a\u5357\u800c\u8a00\uff0cCOVID-19\u9996\u5148\u51b2\u51fb\u4e86\u822a\u7a7a\u3001\u65c5\u6e38\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u4e1a\uff0c\u968f\u540e\u5f71\u54cd\u8d38\u6613\u4e0e\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u9020\u6210\u5236\u9020\u4e1a\u4e2d\u65ad\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>Vietnamese economy is relying heavily on exports. According to the latest statistics of the General Department of Customs, for the first 2 months of 2020, after closing the border with China and strictly tightening imports with many highly virus-infected countries, total revenue from import and export taxes was estimated at USD 2.17 billion, down nearly 8% compared to the same period of 2019. Due to COVID-19, most of the import-export turnover of the items contributing the most revenue such as gasoline, computers, components, machinery, iron and steel &#8230; decreased in value but increased in quantity. For example, ore exports in February were estimated at 250,000 tons, up 42.6% in volume, but down 9.7% in value, reaching only USD 7 million. On agricultural side, China is the main consumer market of Vietnam&#8217;s agricultural products. In 2019, agricultural exports to this market reached USD 5.92 billion, accounting for 35%. The border control has brought many difficulties to agricultural products such as fruits (dragon fruit, watermelon, durian) and seafood. Furthermore, as the disease situation is getting worse in America, the United States Federal Reserve (FED) decided to cut 50 points on interest rates. Consequently, the USD\/VND exchange rate has decreased, which brought along negative affect on Vietnam\u2019s export to
