However, Vietnam electricity market is experiencing a fundamental change towards higher private sector participation in renewable energy production. Along with that trend, solar energy development has emerged as an attractive market for foreign investors.<\/p>\n<p>\u8d8a\u5357\u5de5\u8d38\u90e8\uff08MOIT\uff09\u5ba3\u5e03\uff0c\u622a\u81f32019\u5e749\u6708\u5e95\uff0c\u5df2\u6709121\u4e2a\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u53d1\u7535\u9879\u76ee\u83b7\u6279\uff0c\u7eb3\u5165\u7701\u7ea7\u548c\u56fd\u5bb6\u7535\u529b\u89c4\u5212\uff1b\u9884\u8ba1\u52302030\u5e74\u603b\u5bb9\u91cf\u5c06\u8fbe\u52307200MW\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d25\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u5df2\u6210\u529f\u4e0eEVN\u7b7e\u7f72\u8d2d\u7535\u534f\u8bae\uff08PPA\uff09\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709221\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u6b63\u5728\u7b49\u5f85\u5ba1\u6279\uff0c\u6ce8\u518c\u603b\u5bb9\u91cf\u4e3a13,000 MW\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5916\u5546\u6295\u8d44\u9879\u76ee\u662fSunseap International\uff08\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\uff09\u4e0eInfraCo Asia\u5728\u5b81\u987a\u7701\u5f00\u5c55\u7684\u5408\u8d44\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5bb9\u91cf\u4e3a168 MWp\uff0c\u9884\u8ba1\u53ef\u4e3a\u6700\u591a200,000\u6237\u5bb6\u5ead\u63d0\u4f9b\u5145\u8db3\u7535\u529b\u3002\u5176\u4ed6\u5927\u578b\u9879\u76ee\u8fd8\u5305\u62ecThanh Hoa 1\u9879\u76ee\uff08160 MWp\uff09\uff0c\u7531BS Heidelberg Solar\u5728\u6e05\u5316\u7701\u5f00\u53d1\uff1b\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5e73\u5b9a\u7701\u7684Fujiwara\u9879\u76ee\uff0850 MW\uff09\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>Investors can expect the equity IRRs (before tax) of solar energy projects in Vietnam ranging from 5% to almost 18% in conservative scenarios and from 8% to 21% in optimistic scenarios, according to an analysis by GIZ in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>\u652f\u6301\u6027\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u653f\u7b56\u662f\u6f5c\u5728\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u4eae\u70b9\u3002\u8fd1\u671f\uff0c\u7b2c11\/2017\/Q\u0110-TTG\u53f7\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e8e2017\u5e746\u67081\u65e5\u81f32019\u5e746\u670830\u65e5\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u4e3a\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u53d1\u7535\u5f00\u53d1\u9879\u76ee\u6295\u8d44\u63a8\u51fa\u4e86\u4f18\u60e0\u673a\u5236\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u8be5\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c20\u5e74\u671f\u56fa\u5b9a\u4e0a\u7f51\u7535\u4ef7\uff08FIT\uff09\u548c\u51c0\u8ba1\u91cf\u62b5\u6263\u7535\u4ef7\u786e\u5b9a\u4e3a9.35\u7f8e\u5206\/\u5343\u74e6\u65f6\uff0c\u5e76\u6839\u636e\u8d8a\u5357\u76fe\/\u7f8e\u5143\u6c47\u7387\u8fdb\u884c\u8c03\u6574\uff0c\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u57282019\u5e746\u670830\u65e5\u524d\u5b9e\u73b0\u5546\u4e1a\u8fd0\u8425\uff08COD\uff09\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u4e0e\u98ce\u7535\u7535\u4ef7\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u8be5\u7535\u4ef7\u6c34\u5e73\u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5bf9\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u76f8\u5f53\u6709\u5229<a
