\u8d8a\u5357\u7684\u533b\u7597\u9886\u57df\u6b63\u5728\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u4f46\u4ecd\u9762\u4e34\u8bf8\u591a\u6311\u6218\u3002. <\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

According to GSO, their GDP per capita was increased to USD 2,587 in 2018, raised 8.3% over 2017. Along with that, Vietnam healthcare expenditure per capita has increased over the years, in 2016 it reached around USD 123, increased 5% comparing to 2015 and 38% compared to 2011. This expenditure also accounted for 5.66% of the GDP. Besides, up to May 2019, the number of people participating in public health insurance has reached a rate of 89% of the population, exceeding 2.2% over the Government\u2019s goal. Those indexes may indicate that the citizens\u2019 awareness of health has increased.<\/p>\n

Moreover, Vietnam\u2019s population officially entered an \u2018aging phase\u2019 in 2011 and is among the most rapidly aging countries in the world, led to the rapid growth in health-care demand. The proportion of above 60-year-old people in the total population in 2011 is 9.9%, but it already rose11.95% in 2018 and expected to be 17.5% in 2030. This increase is much faster than neighborhood countries such as Indonesia (8.2% in 2015 and 13.2% in 2030), Philippines (7.3% in 2015 and 10.3% in 2030). According to WHO, healthcare system must be developed more in order to take care of the elderly people as the number of cancer cases, dementia, etc. increases in older age.<\/p>\n

Regarding supply factor, overcrowding in hospitals is also a huge problem. In 2016, Vietnam was reported to have 1161 public hospitals and 185 private hospitals. Their ratio of beds per 10,000 inhabitants was 26.5 in 2018, exceed the target (26) was assigned by the National Assembly and the Government for 2018. However, the overcrowding cases in central hospitals are still happening. According to reports in recent years, there are some central hospitals still have the capacity of hospital beds used over 100% such as University Hospital of \u201cMedicine and Pharmacy\u201d and \u201cK\u201d Hospital, some exceed 120% like \u201cChildren I\u201d Hospital and \u201cCho Ray\u201d Hospital. Especially, this ratio in \u201cBach Mai\u201d Hospital is bigger than 160%.<\/p>\n

The overcrowding causes not only patients\u2019 dissatisfaction for long waiting-time but also not good enough attitude from doctors and nurses who work under stressful conditions. In July 2019, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health published a survey of patients’ dissatisfaction when they came to the examination and there were 3,693 dissatisfied feedbacks, increased 27% comparing to the previous month (2,914); the most popular reason for the dissatisfaction was still registration procedures, attitude, long waiting-time.<\/p>\n

According to general statistics on human resources for health sector, the number of doctors per 10000 population in 2017 was 7.44, decreased 4% in comparison with 2016 (7.75). This index is much lower than Singapore (24), Thailand (18) and Malaysia (15). Moreover, most doctors choose to work in higher-level hospitals and urban areas of Vietnam, where the medical facilities and resources are more advanced. This has led to a shortage of available medical treatment in rural areas, lower-level hospitals, and local hospitals. The latest survey of the Ministry of Health at medical stations in 26 communes shows in 2018 that only 3 provinces and cities including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Yen Bai have adequate doctors at the medical stations, around 30% of those stations don\u2019t have doctors, or traditional medicine physicians or pharmacists.<\/p>\n

\u6d77\u5916\u5c31\u533b\u7684\u6301\u7eed\u8d8b\u52bf<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

\u5c3d\u7ba1\u533b\u7597\u9700\u6c42\u5f88\u9ad8\uff0c\u4f46\u533b\u9662\u62e5\u6324\u3001\u533b\u62a4\u4eba\u5458\u77ed\u7f3a\u3001\u624b\u672f\u4e0e\u91cd\u75c7\u76d1\u62a4\u8bbe\u5907\u9648\u65e7\u7b49\u95ee\u9898\u5728\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u4e2d\u65f6\u6709\u53d1\u751f\uff0c\u4fc3\u4f7f\u8d8a\u5357\u4eba\u5728 2017 \u5e74\u82b1\u8d39\u7ea6 20 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u524d\u5f80\u6d77\u5916\u63a5\u53d7\u9ad8\u8d28\u91cf\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u662f 2013 \u5e74\uff0810 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff09\u7684\u4e24\u500d\uff0c\u4e5f\u9ad8\u4e8e\u540c\u5e74\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\u7684\u91d1\u989d\uff0814 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff09\u3002.<\/p>\n

\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u8d8a\u5357\u8bb8\u591a\u4f01\u4e1a\u90fd\u5728\u63d0\u4f9b\u53ef\u5c06\u60a3\u8005\u8f6c\u4ecb\u81f3\u6d77\u5916\u533b\u9662\u63a5\u53d7\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4f01\u4e1a\u53ef\u5206\u4e3a\u4e24\u7c7b\uff0c\u7ea6\u6709 30 \u5bb6\u53c2\u4e0e\u8005\uff1a\u5a92\u4f53\u534f\u8c03\u65b9\u548c\u65c5\u884c\u793e\u3002.<\/p>\n

\u8d8a\u5357\u516c\u6c11\u6700\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u56fd\u5bb6\u5305\u62ec\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u3001\u6cf0\u56fd\u3001\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u3001\u97e9\u56fd\u3001\u53f0\u6e7e\u548c\u65e5\u672c\u3002\u524d\u5f80\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u8fdb\u884c\u533b\u7597\u65c5\u6e38\u6700\u53d7\u6b22\u8fce\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u63a5\u53d7\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7597\u30022018\u5e74\uff0c\u8d8a\u5357\u6bcf10\u4e07\u4eba\u4e2d\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u6bd4\u4f8b\u4e3a151.4\uff0c\u5728\u4e9a\u6d32\u6392\u540d\u7b2c19\u4f4d\uff0c\u5728\u4e1c\u5357\u4e9a\u6392\u540d\u7b2c5\u4f4d\u3002\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u8d8a\u5357\u4eba\u6d77\u5916\u533b\u7597\u7684\u9996\u9009\uff0c\u8fd9\u91cc\u7684 Parkway Health \u4f53\u7cfb\u8bbe\u65bd\u6bcf\u5e74\u5438\u5f15\u8fd110,000\u540d\u8d8a\u5357\u4eba\uff0c\u800c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u56fd\u7acb\u533b\u9662\u57282017\u5e74\u63a5\u5f85\u4e862,000\u4eba\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u4ee5\u8f83\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u63d0\u4f9b\u9ad8\u6280\u672f\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u4e5f\u9010\u6e10\u6210\u4e3a\u764c\u75c7\u548c\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u70ed\u95e8\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u6839\u636e Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council \u7684\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0c2017\u5e74\u7ea6\u670911,000\u540d\u8d8a\u5357\u4eba\u524d\u5f80\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u63a5\u53d7\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u52302018\u5e74\u8fd9\u4e00\u6570\u5b57\u589e\u957f27%\u81f314,000\u4eba\u3002\u81f3\u4e8e\u97e9\u56fd\u548c\u6cf0\u56fd\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u9009\u62e9\u5b83\u4eec\u8fdb\u884c\u6574\u5f62\u624b\u672f\u3002\u6b63\u5982 Korea Health Industry Development Institute \u6240\u8ff0\uff0c\u524d\u6765\u63a5\u53d7\u533b\u7597\u7684\u4eba\u6570\u4ece2017\u5e74\u76847,447\u4eba\u4e0a\u5347\u52302018\u5e74\u76847,532\u4eba\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u636e\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u524d\u5f80\u6cf0\u56fd\u7684\u8d8a\u5357\u6e38\u5ba2\u57282017\u5e74\u5728\u533b\u7597\u6cbb\u7597\u4e0a\u7684\u82b1\u8d39\u4e5f\u8fbe\u5230910\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u5176\u4ed6\u5982\u5173\u8282\u548c\u9aa8\u9abc\u95ee\u9898\u3001\u8fd0\u52a8\u635f\u4f24\u3001\u809d\u810f\u6216\u80be\u810f\u79fb\u690d\u7b49\u533b\u7597\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u5bf9\u6d77\u5916\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u4e5f\u5f88\u9ad8\u3002.<\/p>\n

In Japan\u2019s case, their medical tourism is highly appreciated mainly for “high medical technology”, “reliable”, “the whole country is safe”, and “friendly staff” but it\u2019s still new towards Vietnamese. Since Japan launched a visa for medical stay which allows foreigners to stay in Japan for up to 1 year in 2011, more and more Vietnamese patients have chosen Japan as their destination. As stated in a report from Japan\u2019s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, there are 61 medical visas in Japan issued for Vietnamese in 2017, almost twice comparing to 2016.<\/p>\n

\u968f\u7740\u6c11\u4f17\u533b\u7597\u9700\u6c42\u4e0d\u65ad\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u5e94\u52a0\u5927\u5bf9\u533b\u7597\u4f53\u7cfb\u7684\u6295\u5165\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u3001\u8bbe\u5907\u3001\u6280\u672f\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0e\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u957f\u7684\u6d77\u5916\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u7ade\u4e89\u3002\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u4e5f\u53ef\u501f\u6b64\u673a\u4f1a\u6295\u8d44\u533b\u7597\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u4e3a\u8d8a\u5357\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u4f18\u8d28\u7684\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u3002.<\/p>\n
