According to the TPP agreement, the normative rate of domestic raw materials for textile industry is from 45% to 55%, but the current maximum rate of domestic raw materials is only 30% to 40%, imported from non-TPP country members, such as China and Taiwan (40% fabric imported from China, 42% fiber and 38% yarn from Taiwan, and other countries such as South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia). Without the development of supporting industries, then earlier this year, only 176 out of 5982 domestic garment enterprises (3%) might meet this requirement.<br \/>\n\u7531\u4e8e\u6280\u672f\u7814\u53d1\u548c\u6295\u8d44\u56de\u6536\u5468\u671f\u8f83\u957f\uff0c\u8be5\u884c\u4e1a\u4ecd\u672a\u6446\u8131\u4f4e\u9644\u52a0\u503c\u7684\u52b3\u52a8\u5bc6\u96c6\u578b\u7ed3\u6784\u3002.<br \/>\nThe Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, based on Decision No.9028\/QD-BCT (issued in October 2014), has issued a comprehensive policy until 2020 towards developing supporting industries. The goal is to increase the procurement rate of domestic textile raw materials to 65% and to actively attract foreign investment.<br \/>\n\u7b80\u5355\u4f30\u7b97\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u89c4\u6a21\u8fbe70\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u884c\u4e1a\u5c06\u8fce\u6765\u65b0\u751f\u3002\u968f\u7740\u9884\u8ba1\u4e8e2015\u5e74\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u65b0\u6307\u5357\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u660e\u786e\u76f8\u5173\u7a0b\u5e8f\u53ca\u653f\u5e9c\u652f\u6301\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u8d8a\u5357\u5c06\u9010\u6b65\u5efa\u7acb\u4fbf\u5229\u7684\u5916\u5546\u6295\u8d44\u73af\u5883\u3002\u672a\u6765\u9884\u8ba1\u5c06\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u5916\u5546\u6295\u8d44\u8fdb\u5165\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff0cTALGroup\uff08\u53f0\u6e7e\uff09\u548cJiangsu Yulun\uff08\u4e2d\u56fd\uff09\u4e8e2014\u5e74\u8fdb\u5165\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u5e76\u83b7\u51c6\u5efa\u8bbe\u5de5\u5382\u3002.<br \/>\n\u636e\u8d8a\u5357\u56fd\u5bb6\u7eba\u7ec7\u670d\u88c5\u96c6\u56e2\uff08VINATEX\uff09\u8463\u4e8b\u957fTran Nghi\u5148\u751f\u4ecb\u7ecd\uff0c\u65e5\u672c\u5236\u9020\u7684\u670d\u88c5\u751f\u4ea7\u6280\u672f\u3001\u6750\u6599\u548c\u67d3\u6599\u5e7f\u53d7\u597d\u8bc4\u3002\u4eca\u5e7410\u6708\uff0cITOCHU Corporation\u6295\u8d44VINATEX 5%\u7684\u80a1\u4efd\uff08925\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u652f\u6301\u5176\u6280\u672f\u80fd\u529b\u63d0\u5347\uff1b\u8fd9\u662f\u65e5\u672c\u4f01\u4e1a\u6295\u8d44\u8d8a\u5357\u9876\u7ea7\u56fd\u6709\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u9996\u4e2a\u6848\u4f8b\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cKyocera Corporation\u4e8e2012\u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\u5728\u5174\u5b89\u7701\u8fd0\u8425\uff0c\u5e76\u4f9d\u636e\u7b2c12\/2011\/QD-TTg\u53f7\u51b3\u5b9a\u2014\u2014\u8be5\u51b3\u5b9a\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u5bf9\u7eba\u7ec7\u4e1a\u914d\u5957\u4ea7\u4e1a\u7684\u652f\u6301\u63aa\u65bd\u2014\u2014\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u76f8\u5173\u4f18\u60e0\u53ca\u4f01\u4e1a\u6240\u5f97\u7a0e\u8c41\u514d\u3002\u5728\u8d8a\u5357\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u5df2\u5c06\u914d\u5957\u4ea7\u4e1a\u53d1\u5c55\u89c6\u4e3a\u8fc8\u5411TPP\u534f\u5b9a\u7684\u95e8\u6237\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u5426\u4f1a\u4e3a\u6280\u672f\u80fd\u529b\u8f83\u5f3a\u7684\u65e5\u672c\u4f01\u4e1a\u5e26\u6765\u5546\u673a\uff1f<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em><strong>B&amp;Company \u8d8a\u5357<\/strong><\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u53d1\u5c55\u7eba\u7ec7\u4e1a\u53ca\u914d\u5957\u4ea7\u4e1a\uff0c\u4ee5\u8fbe\u6210TPP\u534f\u8bae<\/p>","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":8698,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[75],"tags":[706,1138],"class_list":["post-3370","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-reports-en","tag-apparel-en","tag-distribution-eating-out-en"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v26.4 (Yoast SEO v26.4) -
