Ng\u00e0y nay, m\u1ed7i l\u1ea7n \u0111i ch\u1ee3, ng\u01b0\u1eddi ti\u00eau d\u00f9ng v\u1eabn lo l\u1eafng kh\u00f4ng bi\u1ebft th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m c\u00f3 an to\u00e0n hay kh\u00f4ng v\u00ec thi\u1ebfu th\u00f4ng tin v\u1ec1 ngu\u1ed3n g\u1ed1c.

\nOrganic Trade Association \u01b0\u1edbc t\u00ednh t\u1ed5ng quy m\u00f4 th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng ti\u00eau d\u00f9ng s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m h\u1eefu c\u01a1 c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111\u1ea1t kho\u1ea3ng 2 tri\u1ec7u USD m\u1ed7i n\u0103m.<\/p>\n

C\u00e1c s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m ch\u0103m s\u00f3c s\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe v\u00e0 s\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe to\u00e0n di\u1ec7n c\u00f3 m\u1ee9c ti\u00eau th\u1ee5 cao nh\u1ea5t, \u0111\u1ea1t 3.955,8 tri\u1ec7u USD v\u00e0o n\u0103m 2015, v\u1edbi t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng k\u00e9p h\u1eb1ng n\u0103m l\u00e0 17.9% trong giai \u0111o\u1ea1n 2012\u20132015.
\nTheo Organik Da Lat, m\u1ee9c ti\u00eau th\u1ee5 c\u00e1c s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m h\u1eefu c\u01a1 \u0111\u00e3 t\u0103ng 30% m\u1ed7i n\u0103m. S\u1ed1 li\u1ec7u th\u1ed1ng k\u00ea t\u1eeb \u201cH\u1ee3p t\u00e1c x\u00e3 Th\u1ecf Vi\u1ec7t\u201d cho th\u1ea5y nhu c\u1ea7u c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi ti\u00eau d\u00f9ng trong t\u00e1m th\u00e1ng \u0111\u1ea7u n\u0103m 2014 t\u0103ng 50% so v\u1edbi n\u0103m 2013.

\nTrong 4 n\u0103m qua k\u1ec3 t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2013, Vinamit \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 v\u00e0o m\u1ed9t trang tr\u1ea1i tr\u00e1i c\u00e2y h\u1eefu c\u01a1 r\u1ed9ng 171 ha t\u1ea1i B\u00ecnh D\u01b0\u01a1ng. \u0110\u1ebfn nay, Vinamit c\u00f3 80 s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m h\u1eefu c\u01a1 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ee9ng nh\u1eadn theo c\u00e1c ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n c\u1ee7a USDA (M\u1ef9) v\u00e0 EU (Control Union).<\/p>\n
