Ng\u00e0nh d\u1ec7t may l\u00e0 ng\u00e0nh kinh t\u1ebf m\u0169i nh\u1ecdn, chi\u1ebfm 13,6% t\u1ed5ng kim ng\u1ea1ch xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u, 8% GDP, \u0111\u00e3 k\u00e9o n\u1ec1n kinh t\u1ebf \u0111i l\u00ean, tuy nhi\u00ean, hi\u1ec7p \u0111\u1ecbnh TPP d\u1ef1 ki\u1ebfn s\u1ebd th\u00fac \u0111\u1ea9y ng\u00e0nh n\u00e0y \u0111i xa h\u01a1n n\u1eefa. V\u00ed d\u1ee5, Hoa K\u1ef3 hi\u1ec7n l\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u l\u1edbn nh\u1ea5t, chi\u1ebfm 49,1% t\u1ed5ng gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u d\u1ec7t may c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam, nh\u01b0ng khi thu\u1ebf su\u1ea5t gi\u1ea3m t\u1eeb 17,3 hi\u1ec7n nay xu\u1ed1ng c\u00f2n 0%, s\u1ebd \u0111\u1ea1t 1,73 t\u1ef7 USD (s\u1ed1 li\u1ec7u n\u0103m 2013 \u2013 Hi\u1ec7p h\u1ed9i D\u1ec7t may Vi\u1ec7t Nam)<br \/>\nTuy nhi\u00ean, v\u1eabn c\u00f2n m\u1ed9t v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 t\u1ed3n t\u1ea1i. Theo Hi\u1ec7p \u0111\u1ecbnh TPP, \u0111\u1ecbnh m\u1ee9c nguy\u00ean li\u1ec7u trong n\u01b0\u1edbc cho ng\u00e0nh d\u1ec7t may l\u00e0 t\u1eeb 45% \u0111\u1ebfn 55%, nh\u01b0ng \u0111\u1ecbnh m\u1ee9c t\u1ed1i \u0111a hi\u1ec7n nay \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi nguy\u00ean li\u1ec7u trong n\u01b0\u1edbc ch\u1ec9 l\u00e0 30% \u0111\u1ebfn 40%, nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u t\u1eeb c\u00e1c n\u01b0\u1edbc kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3i l\u00e0 th\u00e0nh vi\u00ean TPP, nh\u01b0 Trung Qu\u1ed1c v\u00e0 \u0110\u00e0i Loan (v\u1ea3i 40% nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u t\u1eeb Trung Qu\u1ed1c, x\u01a1 42% v\u00e0 s\u1ee3i 38% nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u t\u1eeb \u0110\u00e0i Loan v\u00e0 c\u00e1c n\u01b0\u1edbc kh\u00e1c nh\u01b0 H\u00e0n Qu\u1ed1c, Th\u00e1i Lan, Indonesia). N\u1ebfu kh\u00f4ng ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n c\u00e1c ng\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3, th\u00ec \u0111\u1ea7u n\u0103m nay, ch\u1ec9 c\u00f3 176\/5982 doanh nghi\u1ec7p may trong n\u01b0\u1edbc (3%) c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c y\u00eau c\u1ea7u n\u00e0y.<br \/>\nDo qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt v\u00e0 th\u1eddi gian ho\u00e0n v\u1ed1n \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 d\u00e0i n\u00ean ng\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p n\u00e0y v\u1eabn ch\u01b0a tho\u00e1t kh\u1ecfi c\u01a1 c\u1ea5u d\u1ef1a tr\u00ean lao \u0111\u1ed9ng v\u1edbi gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb gia t\u0103ng th\u1ea5p.<br \/>\nB\u1ed9 C\u00f4ng Th\u01b0\u01a1ng Vi\u1ec7t Nam c\u0103n c\u1ee9 Quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh s\u1ed1 9028\/Q\u0110-BCT (ban h\u00e0nh th\u00e1ng 10 n\u0103m 2014) \u0111\u00e3 ban h\u00e0nh ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch t\u1ed5ng th\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ebfn n\u0103m 2020 v\u1ec1 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3.
