Phi\u00ean b\u1ea3n m\u1edbi nh\u1ea5t l\u00e0 PDP8 s\u1eeda \u0111\u1ed5i theo Quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh 768\/Q\u0110-TTg ng\u00e0y 15 th\u00e1ng 4 n\u0103m 2025.
