Trong khi \u0111\u00f3, c\u00e1c k\u00eanh truy\u1ec1n th\u1ed1ng v\u1eabn duy tr\u00ec \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111\u00e1ng k\u1ec3 trong vi\u1ec7c mua s\u1eafm h\u00e0ng ng\u00e0y. K\u1ec3 t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2009, s\u1edf h\u1eefu n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i 100% \u0111\u00e3 tr\u1edf n\u00ean kh\u1ea3 thi theo c\u00e1c cam k\u1ebft c\u1ee7a WTO.<\/p>\n<p>Tuy nhi\u00ean, trong khi vi\u1ec7c m\u1edf c\u1eeda h\u00e0ng \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u1ed1i kh\u00f4ng b\u1ecb h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf, vi\u1ec7c m\u1edf r\u1ed9ng c\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecba \u0111i\u1ec3m b\u00e1n l\u1ebb y\u00eau c\u1ea7u ph\u1ea3i v\u01b0\u1ee3t qua B\u00e0i ki\u1ec3m tra Kinh t\u1ebf c\u1ea7n thi\u1ebft (ENT). Theo c\u00e1c quy \u0111\u1ecbnh hi\u1ec7n h\u00e0nh (\u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t l\u00e0 Ngh\u1ecb \u0111\u1ecbnh 09\/2018\/ND-CP), c\u00e1c nh\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i ph\u1ea3i tr\u1ea3i qua \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 ENT cho c\u00e1c c\u1eeda h\u00e0ng ngo\u00e0i c\u1eeda h\u00e0ng \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean, t\u1ea1o ra m\u1ed9t b\u1ea5t l\u1ee3i \u0111\u00e1ng k\u1ec3 so v\u1edbi c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng ty trong n\u01b0\u1edbc. C\u00f3 m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p ngo\u1ea1i l\u1ec7 \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng cho c\u00e1c c\u1eeda h\u00e0ng d\u01b0\u1edbi 500 m2 n\u1eb1m trong c\u00e1c trung t\u00e2m th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i, mi\u1ec5n l\u00e0 ch\u00fang kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3i l\u00e0 c\u1eeda h\u00e0ng ti\u1ec7n l\u1ee3i ho\u1eb7c si\u00eau th\u1ecb mini.<\/p>\n<p>ENT d\u1ef1 ki\u1ebfn s\u1ebd b\u1ecb b\u00e3i b\u1ecf cho c\u00e1c kho\u1ea3n \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 t\u1eeb 10 n\u01b0\u1edbc th\u00e0nh vi\u00ean CPTPP b\u1eaft \u0111\u1ea7u t\u1eeb th\u00e1ng 1 n\u0103m 2024. Tuy nhi\u00ean, do s\u1ef1 ch\u1eadm tr\u1ec5 trong vi\u1ec7c th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n ph\u00e1p l\u00fd, ENT hi\u1ec7n v\u1eabn c\u00f2n c\u1ea7n thi\u1ebft. Tuy nhi\u00ean, d\u1ef1 th\u1ea3o ngh\u1ecb \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ee7a B\u1ed9 C\u00f4ng Th\u01b0\u01a1ng (MOIT) t\u1eeb th\u00e1ng 8 n\u0103m 2025, d\u1ef1 ki\u1ebfn c\u00f3 hi\u1ec7u l\u1ef1c t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y 1 th\u00e1ng 1 n\u0103m 2026, \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c k\u1ef3 v\u1ecdng s\u1ebd cu\u1ed1i c\u00f9ng b\u00e3i b\u1ecf ENT cho c\u00e1c n\u01b0\u1edbc th\u00e0nh vi\u00ean CPTPP (bao g\u1ed3m Nh\u1eadt B\u1ea3n).<\/p>\n<h3>T\u1ed5ng quan th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng<\/h3>\n<p>Th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng b\u00e1n l\u1ebb \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 b\u1edfi m\u1ed9t t\u1ea7ng l\u1edbp trung l\u01b0u \u0111ang ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n. N\u00f3 \u0111\u00e3 m\u1edf r\u1ed9ng v\u1edbi t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng h\u00e0ng n\u0103m trung b\u00ecnh kho\u1ea3ng 10% t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2010 \u0111\u1ebfn 2024, v\u1edbi gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb gia t\u0103ng b\u1edfi Th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i Bu\u00f4n b\u00e1n v\u00e0 B\u00e1n l\u1ebb (bao g\u1ed3m s\u1eeda ch\u1eefa xe c\u01a1 gi\u1edbi v\u00e0 xe m\u00e1y) chi\u1ebfm kho\u1ea3ng 10% GDP v\u00e0o n\u0103m 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Theo c\u01a1 s\u1edf d\u1eef li\u1ec7u c\u1ee7a B&amp;Company, t\u1ed5ng doanh thu c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng ty trong ng\u00e0nh b\u00e1n l\u1ebb \u0111\u00e3 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng v\u1edbi t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 h\u00e0ng n\u0103m kho\u1ea3ng 10% t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2017 \u0111\u1ebfn 2023, \u0111\u1ea1t 59 t\u1ef7 USD v\u00e0o n\u0103m 2023.
