Theo truy\u1ec1n th\u1ed1ng, c\u00e1c th\u1ef1c t\u1eadp sinh tu\u00e2n theo Ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh \u0111\u00e0o t\u1ea1o k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt ba giai \u0111o\u1ea1n \u0111\u00f2i h\u1ecfi ph\u1ea3i c\u00f3 k\u1ef3 thi \u0111\u1ec3 ti\u1ebfn b\u1ed9[1]<\/a>. \u0110\u1ebfn n\u0103m 2019, RTT \u0111\u1ee7 \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n tham gia Ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh Ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u00f3 k\u1ef9 n\u0103ng c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 (SSW), cung c\u1ea5p l\u1ed9 tr\u00ecnh linh ho\u1ea1t h\u01a1n, bao g\u1ed3m t\u1ed1i \u0111a n\u0103m n\u0103m l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c theo SSW s\u1ed1 1 v\u00e0 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng th\u01b0\u1eddng tr\u00fa theo SSW s\u1ed1 2 [2]<\/a> [3]<\/a>.<\/p>\n

C\u1ea3i c\u00e1ch th\u1ec3 ch\u1ebf v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ecbnh h\u01b0\u1edbng c\u1ee7a ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 Nh\u1eadt B\u1ea3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh SSW ng\u00e0y c\u00e0ng tr\u1edf n\u00ean ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn, \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t l\u00e0 sau n\u0103m 2020, v\u00ec ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh n\u00e0y gi\u1ea3i quy\u1ebft t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng thi\u1ebfu h\u1ee5t lao \u0111\u1ed9ng trong 14 l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c v\u00e0 mang l\u1ea1i tri\u1ec3n v\u1ecdng t\u1ed1t h\u01a1n so v\u1edbi l\u1ed9 tr\u00ecnh \u0111\u00e0o t\u1ea1o th\u1ef1c t\u1eadp sinh truy\u1ec1n th\u1ed1ng [4]<\/a>. Nh\u00ecn v\u1ec1 t\u01b0\u01a1ng lai, Nh\u1eadt B\u1ea3n c\u00f3 k\u1ebf ho\u1ea1ch tri\u1ec3n khai Ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh Ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n C\u00f4ng vi\u1ec7c m\u1edbi v\u00e0o n\u0103m 2027, nh\u01b0 m\u1ed9t ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh k\u1ebf th\u1eeba \u0111\u01a1n gi\u1ea3n, m\u1ed9t giai \u0111o\u1ea1n cho Ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh \u0110\u00e0o t\u1ea1o K\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt hi\u1ec7n t\u1ea1i. Nh\u1eefng l\u00fd do khi\u1ebfn ng\u01b0\u1eddi Vi\u1ec7t Nam mu\u1ed1n sang Nh\u1eadt B\u1ea3n l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Nhi\u1ec1u ng\u01b0\u1eddi Vi\u1ec7t Nam quan t\u00e2m \u0111\u1ebfn vi\u1ec7c l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c t\u1ea1i Nh\u1eadt B\u1ea3n do nhi\u1ec1u y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1, c\u1ea3 v\u1ec1 v\u0103n h\u00f3a v\u00e0 kinh t\u1ebf. M\u1ed9t nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn 27 c\u00f4ng d\u00e2n Vi\u1ec7t Nam c\u00f3 li\u00ean k\u1ebft v\u1edbi c\u00e1c c\u01a1 quan ph\u00e1i c\u1eed c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam (ch\u00edn ng\u01b0\u1eddi t\u1eeb m\u1ed7i trong ba c\u01a1 quan) v\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u00ean l\u1ecbch \u0111\u1ebfn Nh\u1eadt B\u1ea3n v\u1edbi t\u01b0 c\u00e1ch l\u00e0 th\u1ef1c t\u1eadp sinh k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt trong l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c ch\u0103m s\u00f3c \u0111\u00e3 ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n ra r\u1eb1ng 52% b\u1ecb thu h\u00fat \u0111\u1ebfn Nh\u1eadt B\u1ea3n v\u00ec s\u1ef1 say m\u00ea c\u1ee7a h\u1ecd \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi v\u0103n h\u00f3a Nh\u1eadt B\u1ea3n, bao g\u1ed3m anime, kimono v\u00e0 v\u1ebb \u0111\u1eb9p danh lam th\u1eafng c\u1ea3nh c\u1ee7a \u0111\u1ea5t n\u01b0\u1edbc n\u00e0y, ch\u1eb3ng h\u1ea1n nh\u01b0 N\u00fai Ph\u00fa S\u0129. M\u1eb7c d\u00f9 Nh\u1eadt B\u1ea3n t\u1eeb l\u00e2u \u0111\u00e3 l\u00e0 \u0111i\u1ec3m \u0111\u1ebfn ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn, nh\u01b0ng ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng Vi\u1ec7t Nam c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 kh\u00f4ng c\u00f2n coi \u0111\u00e2y l\u00e0 ngu\u1ed3n thu nh\u1eadp h\u1ea5p d\u1eabn trong nh\u1eefng n\u0103m t\u1edbi. N\u0103m 2021, m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng trung b\u00ecnh h\u00e0ng th\u00e1ng c\u1ee7a lao \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u00f3 tay ngh\u1ec1 c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 t\u1ea1i Nh\u1eadt B\u1ea3n cao h\u01a1n 9,7 l\u1ea7n so v\u1edbi Vi\u1ec7t Nam v\u00e0 cao h\u01a1n 8,2 l\u1ea7n \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi th\u1ef1c t\u1eadp sinh k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt. Do chi ph\u00ed sinh ho\u1ea1t \u1edf Nh\u1eadt B\u1ea3n cao h\u01a1n kho\u1ea3ng b\u1ed1n l\u1ea7n so v\u1edbi Vi\u1ec7t Nam (t\u00ednh \u0111\u1ebfn n\u0103m 2023), n\u00ean kho\u1ea3ng c\u00e1ch ti\u1ec1n l\u01b0\u01a1ng gi\u1ea3m c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 kh\u00f4ng c\u00f2n bi\u1ec7n minh cho chi ph\u00ed cao li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn di c\u01b0[12]<\/a>.<\/p>\n
