Tuy nhi\u00ean, hi\u1ec7n nay ng\u00e0nh n\u00e0y l\u1ea1i l\u00e0 t\u00e1c nh\u00e2n ch\u00ednh g\u00e2y ra l\u01b0\u1ee3ng kh\u00ed th\u1ea3i nh\u00e0 k\u00ednh (GHG) h\u00e0ng n\u0103m, \u0111i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y l\u00e0m n\u1ed5i b\u1eadt nhu c\u1ea7u v\u1ec1 c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 m\u1edbi n\u1ed5i v\u00e0 quan h\u1ec7 \u0111\u1ed1i t\u00e1c qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf \u0111\u1ec3 h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 c\u00e1c cam k\u1ebft v\u1ec1 m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng c\u1ee7a \u0111\u1ea5t n\u01b0\u1edbc.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>T\u1ed5ng quan v\u1ec1 ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i kh\u00ed nh\u00e0 k\u00ednh n\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>B\u1ea5t ch\u1ea5p nh\u1eefng n\u1ed7 l\u1ef1c c\u1ee7a \u0111\u1ea5t n\u01b0\u1edbc, Vi\u1ec7t Nam v\u1eabn \u0111ang ghi nh\u1eadn l\u01b0\u1ee3ng kh\u00ed th\u1ea3i GHG h\u00e0ng n\u0103m \u0111ang t\u0103ng. Theo C\u01a1 s\u1edf d\u1eef li\u1ec7u ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i cho nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u kh\u00ed quy\u1ec3n to\u00e0n c\u1ea7u (EDGAR), v\u00e0o n\u0103m 2023, qu\u1ed1c gia n\u00e0y \u0111\u00e3 th\u1ea3i ra 524 tri\u1ec7u t\u1ea5n CO2<sub>2<\/sub> t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng (Mt CO<sub>2eq<\/sub>), t\u0103ng 11% so v\u1edbi n\u0103m tr\u01b0\u1edbc v\u00e0 t\u0103ng 5% so v\u1edbi m\u1ee9c c\u01a1 s\u1edf n\u0103m 2020<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>. M\u1ee9c ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i n\u00e0y khi\u1ebfn Vi\u1ec7t Nam tr\u1edf th\u00e0nh n\u01b0\u1edbc ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i kh\u00ed nh\u00e0 k\u00ednh l\u1edbn th\u1ee9 hai c\u1ee7a ASEAN v\u00e0 th\u1ee9 17 tr\u00ean to\u00e0n c\u1ea7u. Ph\u1ea7n l\u1edbn l\u01b0\u1ee3ng kh\u00ed th\u1ea3i kh\u00ed nh\u00e0 k\u00ednh bao g\u1ed3m CO2 h\u00f3a th\u1ea1ch<sub>2<\/sub> chi\u1ebfm h\u01a1n 71% t\u1ed5ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng kh\u00ed th\u1ea3i, ti\u1ebfp theo l\u00e0 CH<sub>4<\/sub> (22%), N<sub>2<\/sub>0 (5%) v\u00e0 c\u00e1c kh\u00ed F kh\u00e1c (2%). ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i<sub>4<\/sub> v\u00e0 N<sub>2<\/sub>O, c\u00f3 gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb ti\u1ec1m n\u0103ng l\u00e0m n\u00f3ng to\u00e0n c\u1ea7u cao h\u01a1n \u0111\u00e1ng k\u1ec3<a href=\"#_ftn4\"
